This morning, we had a Naturalist from The WaterFront Center visit us. He brought live marine animals with him and taught us all about them. Our little ones were provided with a hands on learning experience with their mobile touch tank. The children were fascinated by learning, seeing and touching the different kinds of sea life native to right here on Long Island especially Oyster Bay. Thank you, to The Waterfront Center for providing this educational experience to our preschoolers. 🐟🐠🦀🐚🦪🦞

Session 2 is under way. We started week 3 today and it’s Sea Life Week! 🐙🐟🐠🐡

That’s a wrap! Session 1 is complete. Week 2 - Farm Week is done. We say goodbye to our friends who will not be attending Session 2. We will miss you and hope you enjoy the rest of your summer. Session 2 begins Tuesday, July 22nd. We will be welcoming some new friends who will be joining us. We look forward to see you then. Next week (week 3) is our Sea Life Week. On Wednesday, the Waterfront people will be visiting us and bringing a touch tank as they will teach the children about sea life. Have a great weekend!

🎶 Our Session 1 of the Summer Program concluded today with special musical guest, Mrs. Laurie Haddock. Mrs. Haddock had the children singing, dancing and playing instruments using our Farm Week theme. Thank you, Mrs. Haddock! The children really enjoyed this wonderful music experience.
